VISA RefillPulsais a payment service where you can refill (top up) your prepaid cell-phone and pay with your VISA card automatically through a preset Trigger; Periodic; or through SMS commands (On Demand). This service is provided by major Cellular Operator (Telkomsel,XL,Mobile-8,Esia,Indosat) and VISA. Call hotline (021) 392-9000 for inquiries.

The difference from other (top up) services is Flexibility! We accept all VISA cards issued by Banks in Indonesia and you have the additional options of automated Periodic and Trigger services.

Periodic Service is a service that will automatically (top up) your cell-phone with a certain amount on a certain date of the month, as specified by you. A notification SMS will be sent upon success or failure. You can use this service when you wish to have a certain prepaid amount of cell-phone usage within a period for yourself or for others (i.e. your staff; spouse; child; baby sitter; or driver) and do not wish to waste time buying vouchers at vendors or ATMs.

Trigger Service is a service that will automatically (top up) your cell-phone with a certain amount, as specified by you, when your prepaid balance falls below Rp. 10.000, A notification SMS will be sent upon success or failure. You can use this service when you use up your cell-phone prepaid credit rapidly, especially when you are in a remote area; roaming; or making very frequent calls where refilling (topping-up) would be too repetitive, yet still wish to remain on prepaid cellphone.

With On-Demand service, you can send an SMS message to top up your cell-phone! This SMS requires a PIN and allows (top up) amounts of Rp.50.000, Rp.100.000, or Rp.200.000. A notification SMS will be sent upon success or failure. You can use this service when you wish to have the freedom to top-up your cell-phone prepaid credit anytime just by sending an SMS message, or if you want to stack up your prepaid credit to extend call duration – especially useful before making a known expensive call.
